About the Artist

A trained commercial artist, Bharati specialised in illustration from the reputed Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai and taught the subject at her alma mater for a few years. 

A decade ago, she took the plunge into establishing her very own Papier Mâché studio, and happily returned to her childhood enjoyment of working with hands. Bharati's creations can be viewed at her studio, or the various exhibitions that they are displayed at. She lives in and works from Pune, India.
